Heartful Growth offers counselling, coaching, and group sessions for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or in transition. Through one-on-one sessions, groups, and workshops, the work is designed to help people make sense of what they are experiencing, find relief, and move toward a way forward.

Who I Am

Heartful Growth was founded by Jenny, a counsellor and coach who brings together professional training, neuroscience-informed understanding, and lived experience. With a Bachelor of Psychological Science with a minor in Neuroscience, a Diploma of Counselling, and provisional membership with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), she created Heartful Growth to offer a grounded and practical approach to change.

Her work also includes education and training in neuroscience-based practices for individuals, groups, and organisations. Years of team leadership and project experience shape the way Heartful Growth works: grounded, organised, and focused on real-world change.

Individual Counselling & Coaching (online or in-person in the Illawarra)

My approach blends counselling, coaching, and learning-based practices, including:
